After your child has been attending Cubs for a few weeks (normally three or four), and they’re certain they want to join, they will be ‘invested’.

This means that they will be formally welcomed to the Cub pack, presented with their L&D neckerchief and woggle, and they will be asked to make the Cub Scout Promise.

Your Cub Leader will talk with them (and you) about this beforehand, so your child is ready when the time comes. You are welcome to come along to the ceremony to take photos or video.
